I suggest that before we hike salary, we need to brief him about his job responsibilities & code of conduct.
And the same to be recorded in the register and he should agree and put his signature in the register to avoid reminders to him to complete particular task assigned to him as per his Job description. And we should tell him that we will review his work once in a month.
Other wise he may dictate rules and change rules as per his convenience in the apartment, which may cause inconvenience for the inmates in the apartment.
As per my observation, he is very clever and he try to create conflict among us to disrupt unity among us so that he can rule. The same i have mentioned in my previous mails. Since u have asked for our feedback i have to share this again.
Prabably we may all meet once and decide on hike amount.

I completely agree with Sagar. We have to tell him to improve on his behavior and attitude. He should be truthful and gentle.
