Hi all,

Meeting is scheduled on Saturday 15th Apr'17 from 2:30PM onwards.

Please plan accordingly, and attend the Association General Meeting without fail.

Agenda:

1) Water problem,  tanker booking, water consumption, water leakages and maintenance.

2) Lift repairer issue

3) Watchman works and salary

4) Progress of ongoing developments

5) Takeover of maintenance

Hi All,

Thanks for all those you made for the meeting.

1) Hari to provide private tanker details to Dasarath watchman.

Watchman to takecare further follow-up of daily private tanker

2) book Majeera water tanker as per the availability.

3) Monthly expenses for only water tankers is  minimum 30000 approx

4) Rajath to call lift man Raju and try to trace him.

5) Dasarath will visit all the flats and personally check the leakages in each flat.

6) If any leakages found that should be fixed by owners immediately 

7) need to find a good plumber

8) Replace Solar fenching battery and fix if any problems in it 

If any one of you know water tanker providers who can deliver daily service with price less than 750/- per tank of 5000ltrs.

1) Ramp work done.

2) CC cameras work done

3) Sump RFP tank work ongoing

4) Play Area ongoing 

5) Lift work struck due to dependency (lift man)

6) plantation n grill work - on hold for summer

Hi Anand,

Any update on proposal for increase of watchman salary ?. Earlier we have agreed to make it Rs 5,500 and there is also an e-mail from Mr Vinod on this matter . I strongly suggest to increase it from Rs 4500 to Rs 5500 as we need active support from him to sort out water issues.

Hi Rajamohan Garu,

I think watchman Dasarath is working in our apartment from 2 years, and we did not give any increment from that time. I think 5500 is reasonable for him as he has the family with 2 kids. He is also planning to join his kid in school.
But strictly he doesn't do his job/duties up to the mark. He is always ready with some answers to postpone the duties.
I will forward his duties in another mail, and should inform him strictly to adhere to that duties and if he follows can increase the salary
