Ramp Construction and Watchman Room Extention

Dear All,

During the last meeting, we have discussed and agreed to execute the following repairs and civil works in our apartment

1.       2ft Ramp construction for the north-west corner gate to stop the rain water entry from the street

2.       Down elevation at the sump

3.       Watchman room extension

4.       2 ft feet wall construction outside the middle gate to stop rain water entry as Ramp construction for the middle get may increase our budget so this will be a temporary plan

 

As per quote received last week, the overall cost may be Rs 60K excluding window /door/grill work for watchman room.

Hence, we have to collect Rs 4K per flat to execute this work. Please post your comments as we cannot the delay the ramp construction any more.

 

The following have been agreed already

-Flat No 44

-Flat No 42

-Flat No 12

-Flat No 11 (during the last meeting)

Dear Rajamohan,

First of all, I appreciate you for your quality time and efforts towards the welfare of the residents of STC.

I could not attend couple of meetings in the past as I am working in Bbhubaneswar.

I agree for all the above 4 points.. and please find my inputs as stated below.

Ramp construction is on high priority, we must go for  ASAP

If possible, watchman's room construction can be postponed. If unavoidable, can we collect  Rs. 4K in 2 installments ?

However, I will go with majority.
