Meeting on 21st April 2018-Saturday

Notice of the meeting:

Dear All,

Apartment General Body meeting has been scheduled on 21^st April 2018-Saturday @ 10 AM onwards at our apartment premises to discuss the general matters along with following specific issues

v  Flat No 22 (Hymavathi) and Flat No 23 (Purnima) not paid the dues for quarter Jan 18 to March 18 despite my personal phone calls to both of them in Feb 2018. however, flat no 23 people have paid for current Qtr Apr 18 to Jun 18 and flat no 22 so far not paid for the current quarter also. To initiate appropriate action including suspension of water and power supply to these two flats

 

v  Construction of Ramp for the gates to prevent rain water entry and budget required for the same, this has to be paid as corpus fund in addition to our regular maintenance

 

v  Other apartment issues

Hi Rajamohan Garu,

Our idea of increasing the height of Ramp near the gates to prevent the rain water to enter the apartment is good, but I also have an idea.

If we give some money to sewage cleaners from Municipal to clean the pipes which are passing from house/school in-front of the apartment till the main Nala, and put a mesh at the inlet of the pipe, then we can avoid clogging of the pipes and water stagnation in front of the apartment.

Of-course, regular cleaning of mesh should be maintained by sewage cleaners.
