Zoho Corp is looking to recruit students for Technical support engineer role

Technical support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Helping customers solve technical issues with our widgets.
• Writing emails to support the Enterprise customers, Resellers and Partners.
  
• Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our products.
• Giving online demos to the customer on how the product works.
  
• Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

• Proper phone etiquette's
  
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Effective listening skills
• Multitasking capabilities

Work Timings : Night shift

Eligibility: 

1.All final year graduates (2014 pass out) are eligible to participate in the drive

2.Only Male candidates are eligible since its night shift process (students with arrears can also participate) 

Salary:

Those whose get selected will be offered a package of 2.64 LPA
