Further to our pleasant meeting , please note the JD and approx salary
particulars,



*Sales consultants* :



Direct Car Sales and Marketing., Both showroom and Field sales. Should
possess a Two wheeler. Will be placed in a team.



Monthly Gross Salary would be Rs. 8000/- + PF + ESI + Bonus + CUG Facility
+ Incentives.



We have 3 type of incentive structure.



1. Direct Car sales(the Quantum of incentive amount will raise based
on the number of vehicles sold)

2. Direct Accessories sales. (Incentives for accessory sales)

3. Finance and Insurance incentives.

A Fresh sales consultant is earning around Rs. 15000/- to 20000/- pm.



*Service Advisors / Customer Relation Executives*:



Will be taking care of Job cards, attending customers, Billing, supervision
of vehicle service, Supervising Car wash, Supervising interior decors, etc



Monthly Gross Salary would be Rs. 8000/- + PF + ESI + Bonus + CUG Facility
+ Incentives.



Incentives will be around Rs. 4000 / - to 6000/- pm.



*Technicians* :



Servicing the vehicles.



Monthly Gross Salary would be Rs. 7000/- for BE's and Rs. 6500/- for
Diploma's + PF + ESI + Bonus + Incentives.



*Back Office Executives* :





Tele-calling and Receptionist roll.



Monthly Gross Salary would be Rs. 7000/- + PF + ESI + Bonus + Incentives.



Incentives will be around Rs. 2000/- to 4000/- pm.



The selected candidates will be absorbed as Trainee's., Based on their
learning and skill level, the training period will be 6 months or 1 year.

conduct a campus interview in your premises.
