As you all know, Sri Sri Yoga TTC is coming up in November (13-27) at Bangalore ashram. This year it is open only for AOL teachers who have done 15-21days TTC.

 

This TTC has some special features and highlights as follows:

 

1) Kids Yoga (for Art Excel & YES  Teachers)

2) Yoga during Pregnancy (for teachers with medical background)

3) Anatomy and Physiology of asans and pranayamas

4) Detail study of asana and pranayama including benefits, precautions, contraindications, common error, sequencing

 

This offers a good opportunity to re do the TTC to enhance your yoga knowledge and get more confidant [and in shape :) ] to teach Sri Sri Yoga Courses. 

It is highly recommended to those teachers who formally did not do actual SSY TTC in past but were given manual along with other TTC. 

 

You may email (intern...@srisriyoga.in) your scanned forms directly (with country cooridnators signature) to us before 1st Oct 2013 along with your recent photo (passport + full size) and medical certificate. 

 

If you are selected, we will send you the invitation letter with which you can complete the registration process.
