SSY Refresher - 7 días con Krishanji

Querido YOGIS!

Krishanji esta de vuelta dando cursos con todos y nos ha invitado a hacer un refrescurso de 7 días solo para los que han tomado el SSY TTC. • Review of SSY TTC 
• Better and thorough understanding of asanas and pranayamas
• Improving teaching skills
• Learning additional asanas, breathing exercises and strengthening contractions (a very unique technique!)
• Incorporating gentle weights in a unique way with the asana practice to strengthen muscles, joints and bones and to improve flexibility
• Learning to conduct yoga classes for seniors
• Learning to address shoulder, back hip and knee issues
• Learning to conduct intermediate level classes 
• Learning to create and teach repetitive short sequences of asanas (vinyasa)
• Above all, you will experience yoga at a much deeper level through an in-depth practice of Yoga, a much needed experience to re-kindle your interest and enthusiasm in Yoga

The fee for full-time teachers is 600 CAD. There will be a shuttle from the Montreal airport to the ashram running some time in the early afternoon, so it is best to arrive before 12:00.
