Lindos me volvió a llegar la invitación para participar de la capacitacion para instructores de SSY con krishanji. Es una oportunidad para no perderse! son momentos que te cambian de por vida y la oportunidad para capacitarnos mejor y estar más preparados para ser canal de este amor infinito. 

Yo estoy en el ashram desde principio de mes. Tuvimos la chance de estar un monton con Guruji. Es increible chicos como nos hace florecer!! siempre cayendo en colchones de rosas, con sonrisa incondicional, haciéndonos sentir el amor y la devocion, solo confiar que estamos en sus brazos es suficiente. = )

Ayer Guruji nos entrego personalmente el manual de SSY2 a Santi y a mi. Fue un momento tan hermoso, sentí muy fuerte como cuando damos un paso hacia la divinidad, ella da 100 pasos hacia nosotros. Les adjunto unas fotitos. Los amo!

You're Invited to the   Sri Sri Yoga Teacher Refresher Training with Krishanji What will be covered:  Review of SSY TTC  Better and thorough understanding of asanas and pranayamas Improving teaching skills Learning additional asanas, breathing exercises and strengthening contractions (a very unique technique!) Incorporating gentle weights in a unique way with the asana practice to strengthen muscles, joints and bones and to improve flexibility Learning to conduct yoga classes for seniors Learning to address shoulder, back hip and knee issues Learning to conduct intermediate level classes  Learning to create and teach repetitive short sequences of asanas (vinyasa) Above all, you will experience yoga at a much deeper level through an in-depth practice of Yoga, a much needed experience to re-kindle your interest and enthusiasm in Yoga Plus much more!  Note: SSY TTC1 graduates can also attend the teacher refresher but still need to complete the SSY TTC 2 before they are able to teach or get their SSY certification.
