Dear Ones,

Start the countdown - only 30 days left for Navratri!!! We are sure that you are as excited to participate in this momentous occasion of your life as we are to host you.

This email is to inform you about Bangalore Ashram and about Navratri festival and how it is celebrated at Art of Living. To make your stay comfortable here, please take care of the following -

During Navratri it always rains here at the Ashram. So come prepared for the rains with umbrella or raincoat. Meditation hall / mantap in the Ashram are holy and you need to walk bare foot to maintain the sanctity of these places. We are expecting a good crowd of about 3000 people from all over the world. Celebrating with such a multicultural group will make this event even more special.Do remember to bring your tickets and the Confirmation Email of your course. Also, you need to bring your own soap, towel, toothbrush and toothpaste.

DO take a print-out of all these documents and carry it with you when you come here.

We are organizing Know Your Child, Know Your Child TTC, Know Your Teen, Vedic Mathematics, Sri Sri Natya and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation courses during Navratri. These will be held without clashing with Navratri programs. Participate and benefit from these workshops. Please find attached a list detailing each of these programs.
