Religion is for human being. God is for society. Religion, and God are
for causing peace, comfort for human society. Apart from that, to
decide the quality of human being with the measure of caste, and
standard of religion…….?
Religion should be separated from the fist of stupidity. Culture,
should leave traditionalism. God, should transform as divinity and
human being, as humanity. Peace and comfort should get established in
the creation…. How…?
Self-confidence, self-control, lofty feeling on physical life,
downward feeling on selfish-motive, feeling of love on ability,
feeling of equality in human being, feeling of respect on the fellow
human being, along with these by means of causing economic,social
justice…. How is this?.....
1. Without mentioning the caste either in the birth list, or in the
school records by means of specifying economic condition, the
worthiness to obtain government assistance should be decided.
2. By means of forming professional constituencies to design the
election system without making a distinction of caste and religion
category.
3. By means of implementing the principle called ‘for one individual
only one source of income’ limit for private property, by means of
establishing orderly system for right of inheritance of individual,
regularity should be done for
needs, and opportunities.
By nationalizing the land, with no discrimination of caste, religion,
and class by deciding the limit of land for all those who desire
agriculture as occupation it should be given on lease to the extent
the individual can cultivate.
4. By establishing ‘industrial towns’ near cities, and villages only,
financially facility should be caused for all those who need. (Care
should be taken to make sure that cities would not grow ‘like body of
Kumbhakarna’ (gigantic).
5. In job appointments, promotions and other matters worthiness,
financial needs, ability and good conduct, should be taken into
consideration.
6. Making use of ‘pet phrase’, at the end of the individual’s name,
which conveys that individual’s ‘caste’, should be abolished.
7. To know and make-known the backwardness of the citizens
economically,and socially, to make efforts for their development,
instead of the method of specifying caste, religion, class, and race,
some other system should be
introduced.
8. In the present system by means of intercaste marriages,besides
the‘abolition’ of caste, it is happening that either the establishment
of male caste, or new caste is coming into existence. So,that caste
would have
nothing do with the life of human being, it should be completely
abolished.
If so, for the convenience of society, for the sake of social
‘system’, ‘occupation’may be introduced in place of caste. The bad
qualities, bad consequences that caste has probably may not be present
for it.
In the method of agriculturists,workers, merchants, industrialists,
intellectuals, rulers and others if the division of people occurs
based on their individual positions in the society, if economic, and
political policies also assist this in this way only then the
caste,which is causing undeniable injustice to the society, may be
abolished.
9. By making-known diversity in the nature, unity in the creation, by
means of preaching humanity instead of ‘Maya’, activeness (activity)
instead of ‘karma’, physical and mental health instead of heaven and
hell, along with
causing goodness, feeling of equality in human being, by means of
arousing self-confidence and thought, religion must assist in such a
manner that human being would develop to the state of seeing Creator
in human being.
Religion should stop the system of causing intoxication to the human
mind,and intelligence. By applying the feeling of spirituality, its
need, grandeur, to the physical life, and living with materialistic
meaning, religion should prove that divinity can be achieved through
humanity.
In accordance with the rules, and regulations, by arranging training
classes for performance of priests, by providing entrance for all
those eligible (worthy), those kinds of people should be appointed as
the priests in temples.

This is an awesome article. The suggestions given by Sri Guruji are
very good. I am totally in favour of taking off the caste system for
the better society. Unfortunately the current political governance is
mainly based of caste, class or religious fanatism. We all are aware
how poor are exploited for votes and how common man's emotions are
being toyed in the name of caste and religion. Now with Sri Guruji's
vision we have some very good solutions. The only issue is the
implementation. We all have become too selfish and are least bothered
about the society in general. Everyone is trying to save and build
their own individual family (there is nothing wrong in it). How can we
start thinking out of the box.
Last week i was watching some videos in youtube.com and i was
surprised to know some of the facts about some of our political
leaders. If anyone is interested in knowing some facts then they can
check the videos of "Subramanian swamy" on youtube.com. We all are
aware about Anna Hazare and Ramdev baba's fight against
corruption.Also we are aware how our ruling government is trying to
suppress all these issues. Everyone of us know that there are lots of
black money in Swiss Bank and other places. 2G Scam is one of the
biggest scams in India. But inspite of that we are helpless because
common man is busy taking care of his family.
We have some of the solutions but we need right people and the right
governance. We should not remain in deadlock situation.

Guruji has mentioned that caste system has to be abolished and if
possible replaced with occupation /professional
qualification.Well,with the current people in the government, no
matter whatever system is introduced it will turn the system into a
failure. Discrimination based on occupation can also start with a
feeling of superiority and inferiority.
As far as nationalizing the land is concerned, with in the limits of
current politics, government and lot of people from wealthy
communities would not allow such things to happen. No one wants to
lose their money or power. There is a limit for mans need, but there
is no limit for mans greed.
As far as identifying the economically backward areas is concerned and
providing justice to them, even the most rich people in the country
have their assets in the form of black money, and when income tax
raids happen, they claim that they are just farmers/small scale
businessman with not much of income.
In the name of lowercaste,even the people who are well off are taking
advantage in the education and employment opportunities as part of
reservation system. As a result, many who are talented or economically
backward are not obtaining the real benefit.
It is not just the political system but the law system which is under
the control of political system, which is giving way to fearlessness
in people who are wealthy and have the power. There are many instances
where such people have committed innumerable crimes and have escaped
from the punishment due to power and position.
It is posted that religion is inebriating people with Maya and
Mithya.Well,then what is happening to the common sense of people?
If People want to bring change in the society, youth play the major
role in them. If we bring about such topics in front of them, majority
of them(not all) would not be interested to listen to.But,if it was
about movies/chatting or for that matter about latest fashions, they
would pay immense attention. Its me and my life and my family. I
should earn and enjoy life. Did a person who gained so much from
society in the form of education,employment,status,wealth,respect or
love and affection ever felt responsible towards the society ?
Even the seniormost person who recently gets retired would want to
either relax or wants to earn some more money by joining private
sectors.Even at such age also,they never feel that they have a social
responsibility. Majority of them feel the comforts obtained from the
society are their Rights.
Forget about very big matters, Lets take a small issue. Plastic bags
usage is very harmful. But still people use it.Why?If each and every
person in a local community starts using paper or jute bags, will the
shopping malls in the community ever use plastic bags.Never.There are
just there for demand and supply. Even the shopping malls will start
using paper or jute bags.
Everyone knows that beverages/cold drinks are not good for health. At
one point of time people stopped using it due to fear of pesticides
mixed in it.
What did the government do later? The marketing companies provided
campaigns and brought back them into society again. Even the liquors
banned once are now public in each and every lane/street today.
Education today is not providing moral values or broad mindedness but
is inculcating selfishness, arrogance and ego in individuals. Instead
it should be in a way that it teaches respect, humility and humanity
in an individual.
If it was a sphoorthi seed born by guruji's blessings who is going to
create miracles/bring about revolution in the society, we all are
ready to shower all our attention and give love to that child. But, if
was a street child with no family, are we ready to shower the equal
amount of love to that child is a question which should be left to the
conscience of individual itself.
Anyways,the reason for all this injustice in the society is because
the present government and law system is run by people who are
extremely committed to corruption, crimes and animalistic characters.
We have many people in the society with extreme conviction and
commitment for hatred or revenge or intolerance.But,the commitment for
love, compassion and forgiveness between individuals is a matter of
question mark only!
No Matter how many solutions we may have, if each and every individual
feels responsible towards the society and people around, if humanity
filled people emerge in each and every sector of the society, and
every such inspiring individual in each sector joins hands together,
only then any solution will be a true solution to the current
problems.
When we have to start it, we have to start somewhere. Why not from our
family itself. We need people from our sphoorthi family who can think
in such responsible way. We need people with such thoughts to join
