Abundance of slogans, drying of policies, may not happen so rapidly in
any other form of rule – except democracy. In the same speed as
increase, of needs, only,exploration of opportunities, as a result of
it corruption, is hitting skyscrapers with unknown limit.

When those, who have the duty to control and prevent the
corruption,itself, are the partners of it – whichever system it may
be, whichever type of administrative system it may be – the fate of
them will be indeed the same!
