Dear Mr.Balaji,

We have received an Annual Maintenance contract  proposal for next year ( Aug 22 to Jul 23) from your company. But we have noticed that the proposal is changed from Platinum to Gold unilaterally by your company which is not an acceptable way of treating a customer who has been with the company for years.

We have been giving reasonable increase year on year and are also in touch with your modernisation dept for upgradation of Lift in near future.We have also received the quote and are about to take up the proposal in our next annual meeting.

Considering the above we request you not to change the type of Platinum contract and submit your revised proposal for finalising the next year AMC under platinum contract.

Dear All,

Johnsons Lifts are not agreeing for comprehensive AMC ( Platinum contract) eventhough the matter is escalated to higher levels due to policy decision by the company on age old lifts.

They will be offering only Gold contract ( Labour services) parts anything to be replaced will be  on chargeable basis.

They have finally agreed for a price of Rs.29,500/- for Gold contract.

I have also checked with KONE my company for a quote but found Johnson price is competitive and also would be better to continue with OEM contract for service as there is a chance of delay in parts procurement if at all anything required during the amc period if we give the AMC to other make companies.

if all of us are in agreement , we can sign off the agreement & issue the cheque
