change of Battery for Lift

We need to change the battery for Lift which is not covered under AMC

Find attached the Johnson qoutation. seems ok

Pls arrange to issue cheque for Rs.1375

Hi

We have received the renewal agreement from Johnson with hike of 12% from last year price.This we can negotiate & brought it to maximim 5%.Approx pay out would be around Rs.24000 in July18 & Licence renewal would be around Rs.3000 due by Sep 18.

Also we need to make payment for replacing the fan inside the lift for which i understood quote is given in flat No.7 as informed by Johnson Technician.

Regarding door with advance features, feasibility is not there for the present spec of lift and  considering the age of lift maximum kg of goods which can be carried is 350 Kg.

Thanks for the updates Mr.Jayachandran. We can communicate this accordingly to the stakeholders in regards to lift refurbishment.

Kindly share with us the exact amount and details of the particular name in which this cheque a needs to be issued for July.

AMC final agreed price is Rs.23,682/- find attached the scanned copy of the agreement.
