I have drafted the below minutes of meeting for our Srishti Owners association which we had in the month of May 2022. I got access to this group before 2 days so sending across the same for further reference
The Old team which was taking care of maintenance had stepped down. So we had identified a new team in which I am apart and require one more member to be the authorized signatory for handling the accounts in the bank side.
The points discussed in the meeting were as follows:
1. We have decided to collect a maintenance fees of 2000 per month for each flat and Kindly request the owners to transfer 24000 1 year maintanence amount to our regular account on or before June 15 th 2022. We have already started using the maintenance amount from May 1st 2022.
2. Any repairs and leakages must be taken care by the respective flat owners both inside and outside.
3. Common electricity bill and previous month watchman salary has already been adjusted in our new share.
4. We have agreed to keep the old balance 1,32,688 as corpus fund.
The residents most of them have already informed or updated the fund transfer details.
