Reg. Apartment Painting

Hi All,

We are starting the apartment external leakages fixing and painting works on 4th Aug. Though we enquired few other vendors, we have finalized the previous vendor (who started the OHT work) due to they are familiar to us, have already inspected and knows the condition of our building and they use Dr. Fixit materials. The latest work order is attached here with elaborated work details. On the final cost, we are still negotiating with the vendor. The expected time to complete everything is 35 days however there will be some buffer if the weather doesn't cooperate. For the painting works, We are providing water and electricity as per general terms.

The vendor is having mason and plumber. Please work with them or apartment plumber to fix any internal leakages if you have. If respective residents don't address the internal leakages, then there is no point in addressing the leakages outside. So, kindly ensure to have them attended asap.

During the work time, it is advised to keep the cars and two wheelers (parked in open space) outside the apartment. Kindly inform the same to your tenants.

We waited in the call for 20 minutes but no one turned up. We are proceeding with the painting as there are no queries or concerns. Further clarifications can be routed to the vendor (Murugan - 9445544405  or Diwakar - 9910672932)
