Accounts settlement for 2023-2024

Hi All,

Please find the attached excel spreadsheet which has the details of the Maintenance amount spent for 2023-2024 till date. Please let me know in case of any details on the same. 

As it is a new accounting year from April 1st 2024. Request the owners to deposit the amount 30000 for the new fiscal year from 1st April 2024 into Srishti Maintenance account. 

Points to be noted. 

1. The new watchman salary is increased from 11000 to 15000. Hence we have planned to collect the maintenance amount from every one as 2500 per month. Please let me know in case of any queries
2. I have completed 2 years of maintaining the account of our society without any issues. So Please ask new members to take care of the society account from Apr 1st 2024. I am ready to help but not full time again. I will be able to take care of this again after 2 years on a rotational basis.
