Forming a Residents WhatsApp group

Hello All,

We have decided to form a WhatsApp group for our residents so that it will be easy for us to inform all of you about the maintenance activities/repair work that we are planning to carry out in the coming weeks. This group will primarily serve as a notice board and other unrelated msgs/forwards will not be entertained. 

Informing you/your tenants through WhatsApp in advance will enable you also to plan accordingly.

Hence request you all to send me your mobile number/your tenant's mobile number which can be added to the group.

Would be great if you could all provide me with the same in a day or two, since we are planning to do some repair work this week and hence need to communicate the same as early as possible.
