We have got the Lift licence renewed for 3 years from 2018-21.

The copy of the same is attached.

We have not received the bill yet from consultant office which is likely to open by first week of Jun

Hi

In line with the licence renewed for 3 Years ( 2018-21) our consultant has submitted bill for Rs.13,410.

After negotiation he has agreed to reduce the service charges from Rs.7,500 to Rs.5,000 for three years.We need to pay Rs.10,910/- and cheque has to be issued in the name of Gee Yen Electricals.

Invoice copy attached

Kindly arrange to issue the cheque.
