Change in office bearers

Hi all,

There is going to be a change in the office bearers/bank signatories of our association. Our sincere thanks to the previous set of office bearers for their efforts.


The proposed new members:

Mr.Hari - Flat #7,8 - As President

Ms.Dinaka - Flat #4 - As Treasurer

Ms.G.Priya - Flat #5 - As Secretary


If any one of you have any concerns/objections , kindly let us know immediately,  latest by end of day, Monday, May 28,2018. This will enable us to proceed with the formalities at the bank, at the earliest.

Hi all,

Thank you to all who have given their consent and best wishes. Assuming that it is also a 'yes' from those who have not yet replied,  we are going to proceed with the bank formalities. 


The bank authorities want a copy of the resolution passed in our association regarding this with the signatures of all the owners. I have herewith attached a copy of the document. This will be circulated through the watchman in the premises, this week. Hence requesting all owners who are residing here to sign the same and return it to the watchman before this weekend.


After this we will proceed with getting the signatures of the non-resident owners.
