Dear All,

Please find the final offer from Johnson Ltd for AMC of lifts.They are not agreeing for normal increase .Considering the age of lift and the model , they are compelled to increase the price.

i also understood they are pushing for modernisation of lift as they are going to scrap old model lifts which all major lift companies are indirectly doing.

Eventhough it is a steep increase for us but considering johnson as original equipement manufactorer it is better to continue the AMC with them till we look for any modernisation of lifts.

Our AMC is expiring on 31.07.2019

Further to the below mail, Price revision for the maintenance based on customer profile equipment and also current industrial practices.

As a Platinum contract we are covering all major parts Like, Main Motor, Electrical & Electronics And Controller board, as per contract terms.

Hence essential to price increase for the Platinum contract Basic price Rs. .24000/- Plus GST @ rate of 18%  Rs.4320/-    Total price Rs. 28,230/-

Our society has agreed to revise the AMC price of Rs.23,682 to Rs.24,392 considering an increase of 3% as per industry standards.
