Lift door getting stucked in 2nd floor

Dear Sir,

This is to draw your kind attention that even after raising 3 complaints this month and subsequent breakdown calls being attended  by your service technicians lift is getting stucked up in second floor after one or two days of their service.

This is becoming a repeated problem and this requires deputing of technical expert team.
