Dear Aasthikas: 

We hope with the Anugraham of the Divya Dampathis and Acharyan you and your family are doing good and staying safe during this Pandemic. 

This year the Brahmotsavam for Swamy Desikan at Thiruvaheendrapuram are scheduled in the month of Puratasi within the temple premises with all social distancing norms in place. Perumal Brahmotsavam concluded on the 19th of September 21 (delayed due to COVID restrictions).

The upcoming Sri Desikan Brahmotsavam provides us with a great opportunity to support Veda Paarayana Kainkaryaparars and do Veda Samrakshanam and provide thadheeyaradhanam and annadhanam to the devotees who will visit the temple.

We at Sri Veda Paripalana Sabha are planning to celebrate these festivities as opportunity to support Vedic Scholars by:

1. Providing Sambhavanai to Vedic Scholars who visit Thiruvaheendrapuram to do Veda Parayana Kainkaryam during the Uthsavam

2. Honour all kainkaryaparars with Veshti

3. Daily Thaligai for Sri Desikan

4. Provide Thadheeyaradhanai and Annadhanam for pilgrims during Brahmotsavam and all the permissible days of the auspicious month of Puratasi adhering to Government COVID Protocol
