Sriom Devi Brindhavan invites you to for the NEW YEAR HOMAM during our Monthly Pooja!
The spiritual importance of this yearly homam whereby "loka-kalyanam" is performed, meaning that prayers and offerings are made to the Lord for the peace and harmony of Mother Earth. The homam consists of offerings and prayers to "agni devi", because it is written that out of the 5 elements, offerings made through the medium of fire are the most certain way of reaching the Lord. Mantras are chanted 108 times each, starting with Lord Ganesha and ending with Sriom Adisakthi Devi.
Please join us during this auspicious time, and offer your prayers for a better Earth and take the blessings of the Lord.
The Homam will be followed by Sriom Devi Abhishegam, Alankar, Bhajans, Maha Aarthi and Prashad.
Location: 62 Kurrajong Crescent, Blacktown NSW 2148.
Date and Time: Sunday, 14th February 2016; 9am - 12:30pm.
