Hi Ganesh,

This is one of the problems in India for the migrating work-force.  It's now happening to people from a specific origin North East India where the locals threatened and attacked people from other states blaming that the migrants have taken away their opportunities.

A while ago, Bangalore-ans even threatened the Tamils;  In 70's and 80's and even lately, Andhra had the same problem.  The only state that absorbs all these, in my opinion, is Tamil Nadu.  May be I am biased!  :-D
