The auspiciousness of a place is defined by how close it moves us towards the Lord, thus making it a

life-defining moment. During the navarathri Golu, the ambience in the villages vibrated divinity, moving each of the inhabitants a step closer to the supreme. Every village reverberated with the

sacred chants of the Mahalakshmi nama parayanam, Thulasi Pooja, Sriramayanam rendering, govinda

naama sankirtanam along with kummi and kolattam. Fasting along with remembrance of the Lord

proved to be a detox beyond description. The go-dhuli sanctified the sand. Nothing but holiness

occupied the air. The sacredness saturated the entire village seeping through every soul, acting as a

protective membrane against any evil protecting the villagers. Radiating prosperity and forecasting

fortune forever. The whole experience of this golu for all the villagers was indeed a memorable

spiritual upliftment. The volunteers of the Trust were awe-struck by the spiritual shift that they were

witnessing among the villagers. Srimaan Trust sowed seeds of spirituality to reap a bountiful harvest

of divinity in these formerly barren lands. This golu heralded the arrival of auspiciousness creating sublime spaces in each of these villages.

ஒரு இடத்தின் புனிதத் தன்மை என்பது  இறைவன் அருகில் நம்மை நெருங்க வைத்து நமது வாழ்க்கை பாதையை நிர்ணயிக்கும் தருணங்களை நமக்கு நல்குவதில் உள்ளது. அவ்வாறே நவராத்திரி கொலுவின் பொழுது முழு கிராமத்தின் சூழலும் தெய்வீகத்தின் அதிர்வலைகளால் நிறைந்து பங்கேற்றோர் ஒவ்வொருவரையும் இறைசக்திக்கு அருகில் உணரச்செய்தது. ஒவ்வொரு கிராமமும் மகாலக்ஷ்மி நாம பாராயணம், கோவிந்த நாம சங்கீர்த்தனம், ஸ்ரீ ராமாயண பாராயண கோஷங்கள், துளசி பூஜை மற்றும் கும்மி கோலாட்டம் போன்ற குதூகல கொண்டாட்டங்களாங்களாலும் நிறைந்திருந்தது. உபவாசமும் இறை சிந்தனையும் நம் அழுக்காறுகளை அகற்றி விவரிக்க இயலாத மனசாந்தத்தை நல்கின. எங்கும் தெய்வீகம் நிறைந்து ததும்பியது. அதன் புனிதம் கிராமங்கள் தோறும் பரந்து விரிந்தது. ஒவ்வொரு ஆன்மாவிலும் ஊடுருவி அனைத்து அழுக்காறுகளில் இருந்து காத்து நிற்கும் அரணாய் நின்றது. வளங்களை நல்கி நலன்களை ஈர்த்தன. இந்த கொலு கொண்டாட்டங்கள் கிராமங்கள் தோறும் மறக்க முடியாத ஆனந்த ஆன்மீக அனுபவத்தை கொடுத்தது. நமது ட்ரஸ்டின் தன்னார்வலர்கள் அந்த ஆன்மீக நிறைவின் அனுபவத்தை கண்டு பரவசமடைந்தனர். ஸ்ரீமான் ட்ரஸ்ட் பக்தியின் சிறு விதையை ஊன்றி, தெய்வீகமென்னும் பெரும் புதையலை அந்த தரிசு நிலங்களுக்கு பரிசாக அளித்துள்ளது. பெரும் ஆர்வம் பொங்க.  இந்த கொலு கொண்டாட்டங்கள் பல சின்னஞ்சிறு கிராமங்கள் இறை பக்தியின் புனித அலைகளால் நிறைந்து வளர்வதற்கு கட்டியம் கூறுகின்றன.
