You have to understand previous slokas too to understand this.
Krishna says that Atma (you) are never born never dies even if the body dies, whatever changes you see that happen to body only But you exist even after death.
Just like you through old cloth and wear a new cloth, at the time of death you give up old body and accept a new body.
