Dear Members:

Our Table Draw event will be tomorrow at 7PM.

there is a small change in the venue. It will be in the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel - Al Fanar Room 14th Floor. You can enter from the main lobby of the hotel and take the lift.

We kindly request those who would like to purchase tickets and reserve the tables to arrive on time. 

As in previous years, we will apply the following procedure for table draw.

• There will be a register for table heads in order of arrival  from 7 to 7.30PM.
• During this period, table heads shall get their forms checked, memberships updated etc. Payments shall be done for atleast 8 seats of the table during table draw 
• This register will be closed at 7.30PM, and only those in the register will be eligible for draw.
• During the Table draw, numbers will be drawn.(for e.g. 20 numbers, if there are 20 people in the register) 
• The first person in the register gets the first chance to draw the number. In case if a person is reserving 2  tables, he shall draw 2 numbers
• Once all the numbers are drawn, the person who got the no.1 will be the 1st person to select table and so on.
• People who arrive after 7.30PM, can select tables  once the draw is completed.

Kindly note the following:

1.       Membership tickets are priced at about 50% of cost. Therefore we seek the updating of the memberships as follows

a)       Those members who updated their memberships during previous events in 2023, shall pay any remaining fees till December 2023.

b)      Those members who did not update their memberships during Covid and until now, shall pay minimum 6 months membership dues, 

         commencing from November 2023. 20BD discounted yearly membership is also available.

c)       For any new membership applications, registration fee of BD 5 and one year discounted membership fee (20BD) shall be 

        submitted with form and CPR copy through Exco Member prior to the Table Draw.

 

2.       Table Draw form is attached for your reference. If the form can be filled and shared with us in advance,

       it will help to check the membership and other details. However, table heads shall be present at the Table draw for registration.

 

3.       In order to avoid rush and delays during the table draw, kindly settle your membership dues beforehand to treasurer Kasun. (Mob  36424210).
