Dear Members,

Updating of Membership

We had several inquiries from existing members, whether they need to pay any arrears when they pay membership fees. 

As announced during the Annual General Meeting held in December 2022, we started our operations fresh after Covid pandemic, so the  membership will be collected from January 2023, hence no arrears to be paid by the members. As you also know, Club activities such as Sinhala School, Toastmasters, Gavel Club  & Tennis activities continued through the pandemic period. The same rule applies to all those who took part in such activities. For any newcomers who joined such activities during the pandemic, we kindly request them to submit a new application and obtain the club membership.

We are also glad to announce, that in coordination with our Internal Auditor, we have introduced digital e-receipt  system, where the receipt will be sent to whatsapp or e-mail of the member immediately upon the payment. Please note that the payments can be also made through benefitpay to our Treasurer Kasun on 36424210. Please call him on the same number and arrange your payments.

We request your understanding and support to update your memberships and help us in our drive to  reinstate the club house and all other activities.
