Dear Members:

With reference to our previous mails on the above subject, we regret to inform that

the Annual General meeting planned for tomorrow (05.12.2023) had to be postponed to

Saturday 06th January 2024 as per the instructions received today from the Ministry of Social Development

until their document processing is completed.
