Dear Members:

As the term of the Current Executive Committee ends on 09th December 2023, It has been decided to conduct the Annual General Meeting

at RAMADA HOTEL, ADLIYA on Tuesday 5th December 2023 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM. Please find the formal invitation letter and the Agenda for the meeting.

I request all the members to attend this meeting on time and support us to conclude by 9:00pm. Look forward to seeing you all

Dear Members:

We are glad to inform you that the 45th Anniversary Celebrations were successfully completed

and we thank all those who supported in multiple ways to achieve that success.

This is a reminder that as per the below mail circulated on 22nd November 2023, our 42nd

Annual General Meeting will be held in 3 days, on Tuesday 5th December 2023 at

Ramada Hotel at 7PM. Kindly arrive early and help us to conclude the meeting on time.
