This is the Maha Ganapathi Moola Manthram
What does it indicates?
Om - represents the creation maintenance and destraction activites
that take place in the universe and the power behind and beyond all.

Shreem - It indicates the chakras in the human body begining with the
Mooladhara to swadishtana the energy centres which get activated by
this mantra it is also connected with Godess Mahalakshmi

Hreem - It represents the Mahamaya principle -- Purusha and Prakriti
in the Sivate Siddandha Sivam and Sakthi.

Gloum - After referring to the universal principle and the human body
which was direct connection with the principle and the powers behind
and beyond these, we come to the God Mahaganapathy who removes all
obstacles and help as in solving our ever many problems inday to day
life and in field of activites.

Gom - Again we come to the human body and the Kudalini -- the chakras
have all been referred to - here Gum represents the throat which is
the place through activisation of which the energy goes above to the
brain centres in order to activate thought and Dhyana or
contermplation to solve our innumerable problems in life, in other
words awise man resorts to his own inherent energy and conscience,
when he is conforted with challenges in life.

Ganapathye - The Lord of obstacles i.e. Ganapathi

Vara Varadaa - The Lord of whom people offer their prayers to fulfil
their wishes

Sarava Janam Me - Let all these blessing of the Lord be maine:let me
be ri of my problems:let people like me and help me in my efforts

The importent point to be noted is that people constitute the real
strength behind all our actions and activites and all our endeavours
can become successful only if people are behind such endeavours and
actively participatie in it.

In other words, people's participation is the Secret of Success in
human eneavours both individual and collective.
