Project Manager: Civil - Structural Engineers /Designer (Roads and Highways) 
Experience: 12 to 20+years, Qualification: BE in Civil & ME in Structural Engineering.

Job Description:
Experience in bridges and International projects (Middle East & Australia) and project management experience. The team manager will guide the team and develop the technical approach. The team manager shall also provide technical expertise and review all outputs and processes to ensure quality. The key responsibilities are as follows:
Develop project schedules and ensure on time delivery
Responsible for quality and project metrics
Understand customers requirements and expectations for end design solutions
Prepare SOWs and/or Customer Input Specification (CIS) based on the inputs
Organize kick off meetings in consultation with customer
Develop execution methodologies for all of the projects and obtain approval
Final level checking of deliverables (including drawings, designs & reports)
Provide guidance to design engineers to develop required design solutions
Implement process for capturing and sharing lessons learnt and other best practices among the CoE members
Provide regular updates on project status to customer
Tool Experience: MIDAS/STADD/Repute/Slope/ SAM/Microstan/Spacegas

Tech Lead/ Sr. Engineer: Transportation Engineers/Designer (Roads and Highways) 
Experience: 6 to 12 years, Qualification: BE in Civil & ME in Transportation Engineering.

Job Description:
Senior/Experienced engineers shall have experience on Highway Roads, Collect roads & Local roads design (Alignment design, Aqua planning, Design speed, Sight line check, Super elevation, Design reports) and exposure to International projects. The senior engineer is responsible for planning and executing complex engineering projects. Key responsibilities include:
Ensure that analysis and design tasks meet appropriate technical standards
Collaborate with appropriate team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of project deliverables
Tool Experience: Hand calculations using spreadsheet

Design Engineer: Transportation Engineers (Roads and Highways) 
Experience: 6 to 10 years, Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering.
Job Description:
Designer shall experience on Highway roads, collect roads & local roads design and exposure to International projects. The designer is responsible for modelling of road profiles, setting out, sections, road marking and signs using CAD tools. Assisting Engineers in design and Coordinating with CAD technicians in finalizing drawings and standards
Tool Experience: Civil 3D/MX/12D


Civil CAD Engineer: Transportation Engineers (Roads and Highways) 
Experience: 2 to 6 years, Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering.
Job Description:
CAD drafters shall experience on Highway roads, collect roads & local roads design and exposure to International projects. The CAD drafter is responsible for drawing preparation of road profiles, setting out, sections, road marking and signs using CAD tools with the guidance from Engineers and Designers
Tool Experience: AutoCAD/Revit/Microstation
