Guys,

As I informed earlier, CCied is Avanish, a close junior of mine who is happy to help us out with all the design related work - Banners, posters, placards etc.

The present banner on the site looks very patchy - Sridhar's photo put on a black background div.

Avanish came up with the first-cut of banner. Let us know your inputs.
