Namaste dear friends,
All are welcome to attend Sri Yoga in Adams Morgan this Thursday evening, August 23rd, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
All are welcome to attend Sri Yoga in Adams Morgan this Thursday evening, August 23rd, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
Sri Yoga is a hatha yoga practice that is gentle, meditative, and therapeutic. Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi has given us a very profound and powerful yoga sequence to help us heal ourselves and achieve Self-Realization.
The class is held at the Servant Leadership School, located at 1640 Columbia Road NW, Washington, DC 20009, in the main conference room on the right. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early with an empty stomach.
Sri Yoga is offered on a donation basis.
