[SVR] Minutes of Discussion on today-19-Aug-2018

Dear Residents,

We find below points discussed and accepted.

1.Vinayaka celebrations will be done from Sep 13[Thursday] to Sep16[Sunday] on Nimarzan.

2.Amount 500/- was decided to collect towards Vinayaka Celebrations from every resident on September along with Maintainece[i.e 1500+ 500]. Please note as we have some open balance from Laddu auction amount and maintenance amount and so we are keeping minimal amount this year.

3.We have to do FD with the remaining amount after the Terra s slab work(chipping) is done from the balance in SBI Bank. This slab repair should be started as soon as possible after rainy season finished.

4.* From after Vinayaka chavathi watchman Salary was increased from 4700/- to 5000/- per month considering the last hike salary on two years back.

5.Every month residents has to attend first sunday at 10 AM for discussing any SVR meeting discussions.

6.For Manjeera water tank stream line we are proposed to keep the new SYNTEX tank about 1k or 2k capacity. This was not finalized anything. we will be discussing again on next month on more details.
