[ SVR ]:Meeting of Minutes: date 7-Oct-2018

Dear Residents,
Please find the points discussed and finalized:

1.Bore well got repaired on last week and got charged 16200/- and this amount will be taken from our reserved fund.
2.During Bore well repair, we brought GHMC water tanker 550/- and this will be added towards maintainence amount.
3.Terras slab patch(chipping work) will be started strictly by December 2018.  Mean while Prakash garu(Flat-302) will call the concerned person on or before next month SVR meeting

   and will give commitment to that person.
4.Main entrance gate should be repaired and also get painted on or before next two months even not becoming so worst.
5.One day work should plan for cement patches work where ever it found(all over surrounding) small damages in the Building.
