Below are the members attended the meeting.

103,201,301,302,303,402,403

points discussed in the meeting.

1. We need to collect the additional amount for chipping work. So we should start collecting additional amount as owner's contribution from the month of November. We should collect either rs.500 or Rs.1000 from next month. So request all the owners to respond at the earliest.
2. We have about Rs.82,500 in RD which will get matured by next year March.
3. Additional wires will be provided for drying clothes.

Requesting all the tenants to respond at the earliest.

Could you please let us know how long(months) the amount of 500 or 1000 extra will continue or is there a target amount post which this additional collection will halt.

Hi Shankar Garu,

We have major works in future like chipping work of terrace,painting and pipe lines etc. We may not start any work immediately but it would be better to have funds in hand so that we may not feel burden to pay lump sum. So if we collect the same for 1 year we will have cash in hand when there is need. 

We request every one raise if there is any concern so that we can start collecting from November.

This RS 500 is additional to monthly Rs 200 owners contribution(total will be 500+200=700) or its additional RS 300(total will be 300+200=500)

Could you please detailed the monthly maintenance for owners and tenants going forward...

Sorry for the late reply. As mentioned if we all agree for Rs.500 it would be (200+300) or Rs.1000 (200+800). It would be good if we can collect Rs.1000 and keep the back up if every one is comfortable with that contribution. Because saving should not be a burden for any one.

That is why we have sent mail to share every one's willingness. Let us all freeze with one amount so that we can start collecting from this.
