Hi Friends,

A Very Happy Diwali To You& Your Beautiful Family May God Give You All
That You Want & Need In Your Life Enjoy. The Festival With Lots Of Light.

Before leaving the mail, we would like to suggest a few safety precautions in our apartment that to be followed.

Crackers firing Directions in our Apartment:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
  • Please plan heavily sounded(eg:watts, lakshmi watts etc) outside the apartment i.e: before our apartment gate.
  • You may plan light weight crackers like rockets, bhu chakra, chichubuddi etc in the terras area.
  • Light glow crackers, thread crackers etc(eg: Kakarpuvothulu) can be fired at your flat/your common area which focuses a rich glow.
  • Make sure, you should not fire any crackers in the parking areas, which damages vehicles or impacts the vehicle petrol/Diesel tanks.

Individual Precautions:
------------------------------------
  • Supervision of children is a must. Try not to let little children handle fireworks or indulge in pranks like throwing fireworks around.
  • Wearing loose fitted clothes is a recipe for disaster. Dupattas and scarves should be avoided while handling fireworks. Avoid nylon garments and stick to cottons which have a lesser tendency to catch fire.
  • Closed shoes are preferable as they protect your feet from a stray spark or from stepping on a recently lit cracker.
  • Keep a bucket of water and sand around to douse any unlit crackers.
  • Ensure that the crackers are lit in an open ground away from any wiring or obstructions.
  • Buy only reputed brands of fireworks and maintain a safe distance while lighting them. Always read the safety instructions on the pack before attempting to light the cracker.
  • Always place the cracker on the ground before attempting to light it. Never lean over a cracker to light it.
  • Keep a first aid kit handy.
  • Many crackers contain toxins and it’s better to rinse off your hands, feet and face before you retire for the night.

A little precaution will go a long way in ensuring your family’s safety this Diwali. Thank you very much.

Regards,
Venkat, Flat-303

Hi Guys,
Good Afternoon every one.

I don't know whether you guys know or not about change in LIC Interest rates.

Our Housing loan interest rate is increased from 10.4% to 11%. I don't know, when it was changed. Those people or telling very rec-less reply for this question. They are telling "Floating means any time rate of interest will vary". For new customers they are offering 10.25% they are telling but for us they are taking 11%. I think, we have to ask them about this.

Outside Bank interest rates are reducing, LIC people increased this rate.
