Dear All,

Please find the MOM of this month. 

Flats attended: 101,103,201,301,302,402,403.

Points discussed:

1. Vinayakachavithi celebrations will be held for 3 days this year as festival is falling on Friday.  Sunday NImajjan nimajjan will be performed.
2. It is been decided to collect Rs.1200 towards celebrations fund. Lunch will be arranged as every year. Request you all to mention your availability in the book.
3. Please do mention the day on which each flat would like to perform Pooja. 
4. As discussed and mentioned in our last meeting also regarding increasing the owners contribution from Rs.200 to Rs.500 request every one to respond whether agreed or not. 
5. Above mentioned owners along with 303 have agreed for increasing the contribution till now.
6. We have requested many times in last 7 months not to dry the clothes at front side of the apartment. I really feel sad to mention that, many flats are repeating the same. Again we are requesting the same and please do let us know if any concerns regarding this. Hope we may not get the need to discuss on the same. Please do let the family members know this concer
7. Please bring to our  notice if any thing needs to be discussed.
