Dear Resident Owners, I would like to thank for giving an opportunity to me & Mr.Murali for working as part of SVR Association committee. Now its time to initiate the new members into the committee and encourage them for all their good work at our end. So as part of Handover, the below planned activities should be taken care along with any new issues or Initiations by them.
1) Terrace Slab repair work(after chipping) is planned on January/February 2019. 2)
Water pipe connectivity valves repair - This activity will cost 12k for
changing the rusted pipes and valves, We have talked to plumber already
just need to confirm our side to start this activity by him. But this
will impact whole day water supply to flats.So almost 15 hours of self
storage is required. 3) Parking line painting is gone and should be
redrawn by this weekend as per our availability otherwise new team
should take care. 4) Main gate repair and painting. 5) Light weight iron grill surrounding to our Electricity Meters and also to chairs placed area. 6)
As per Ramulu, water from Bore-well are coming very slow, it may
because of due to 17 feet damaged pipe cut at the end of connection
during last repair. So this has to be monitored thoroughly on next two
moths for analyzing any water issues on next summer.
