Concept247 is an established and forward thinking supplier of
comprehensive technology solutions company in UK, which lending the
skills of “star players” in the industry to give our customers the
competitive edge they require. In this Endeavour we are planning to
widen our capabilities by expanding our development team in Sri
Lanka.
Therefore we are seeking great skill personals to join us.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• All SEO disciplines.
• Very good understanding & use of Webmaster Tools.
• Very good understanding & use of AdWords.
• Very good understanding & use of Analytics.
• Very good understanding & use of AdSense.
The key elements that we are looking for are;

1) Analytics and Intelligence - The ability to analyse data from
Analytics and get insight into things like who's visiting key pages,
what search terms they're using to find the site. Using the data as a
bench mark to compare later performances.

The ability to use analytics to research keywords, and to try out new
ones, and to check what the competition is doing.


2) Keywords and Content - Content counts for a lot: we can no longer
trick Google bots so we have to get a bit more clever by using the
right keywords in the right places.

Clearly, we have to do our key phrase homework but we can't just pack
sites with key phrases.

3) Site Architecture and On-Page Elements - How we present our content
matters, so we need someone who can make sure it's organised sensibly.
Breaking down content into themes so that search engine spiders know
what to crawl over with continual optimisation behind the scenes.

4) Usability and Web Design

5) Link Development - Not all links are worth the same to search
engines. Cultivate good quality links to push sites up the search
results pages.
