BAND FAMILIES:

 

We had discussed running snack bar for CMEA this Saturday in downtown San Diego.  I need to know that we have lots of volunteers before we start buying food.  Please let me know if you can help me with the snack bar for any or all of Saturday.  It will run from about 9:00 until 4:00.  Please respond asap if you can help so we can determine whether to proceed with the planning...  Or you can call me as well  858-722-3864.

ORCHESTRA FAMILIES:

 

For those band families who are in Orchestra, there is an Orchestra event at Madison High School this Saturday (March 5) at 8:00 am.  Students need to be there at 7:45 and it should be over by 9:45.  Each student must carpool or take personal vehicles.  If you have any additional questions about attire or anything else, please ask your student and if s/he does not know, let me know.
