A message to all band parent

With only a few weeks left of school, I wanted to send out a quick
reminder of events. I hope you are all enjoying your weekend and the
unofficial start to school.
Tuesday May 31st Dress Rehearsal in band room 230-5 (orchestra should
be done by 330)
Wednesday June 1st Final dress rehearsal and recording session 3-7
(orchestra 230-430, band 4-7)
Thursday June 2nd Senior Awards Night Chamber Orchestra 530-630
Friday June 3rd Music Banquet 6pm Carmel Mountain Country Club
Tickets are on sale at the school finance office for $35 (They
prefer cash but check can be made payable to SRHS)
Tickets will also be on sale at the door
The theme for the banquet is the roaring 20’s so wear your flapper
dress and suspenders
Also there will be a rather big announcement regarding the program
which is very positive :)
Saturday June 4th 2pm End of the Year Concert
Tickets are on sale at the finance office and at the door for $5
Monday June 6th 7pm
Parent meeting for next year with several presentations
As always I cannot thank you enough for making this such a great year.
Without your help our success would not be possible. I look forward
to seeing you next week.
