Tonight's banquet is at 6:00.  The dinner is buffet so if you must be
late due to other commitments, you will not miss dinner.

Call time for the concert on Saturday is 1:00 for band members and
12:00 for equipment crew only.  Please bring any baked goods at 1:00
when you drop your child.  I will be at the school at that time to
take them from you.

Monday's meeting is for ALL band, orchestra PARENTS, both new and
returning.  We will discuss schedule and budget and fundraising at
this very important meeting. 7:00 pm in the band room

I will find out call time for the graduation on June 13 and let you
know as soon as I do.
