Hello WONDERFUL Band, Colorguard, Winterguard, Orchestra, Jazz Band Parents AND STUDENTS!!! Tomorrow is a big day for our Orchestra and Jazz band and a WONDERFUL opportunity to earn $700 - $1500 for our wonderful program.
We are hosting the snack bar at the CMEA Jazz Festival TOMORROW Saturday, March 5th from 9am-4pm! We need volunteers and donations. Parents, you don't have to do all the work, sign your student up to work too or in place of you. We can use all the help we can get. Below are some items we need donated to help us run smoothly. Please let me know ASAP what you can or are able to donate and the shift(s) you /your student can work. Shedd will be going to Costco this afternoon and we need to know what will be donated so we don't buy unnecessary items.

- 1 pack 3 lb. paper food tray (about 250 count I think, cost about $12) if none left from last year
- 1 box pop up foil aluminum wrapping squares to wrap hot dogs (500 about $5)
- 1 container hand sanitizer pump type (not sheets) about $3
- 1 box food service gloves
- 100 hot cups for coffee & hot choc (12oz Dixie "perfect touch" from Smart & Final, 50 per pack. Note: Vons & Walmart sell this same cup packaged with a lid, 15 costs like $3, but could buy one pack in case anyone asks for lids
- 1/4 cup scoop for hot chocolate
- 2 bags/cannisters of hot chocolate (not individual servings--1 lb. food service bag)
- 3 large cans whipped cream
- 1/2 gallon half and half
- 1 pound coffee
- instant decaf
- tea bags
- sugar packets (small box) if none left
- sweet & low or equal packets (small box) if none left from last year
- wooden stirrers (about $3 for 250) if none left
- 4 cases diet

- 4 cases sprite***Don't unload all 4 cases of each soft drink in a.m., if weather is cloudy all day, you probably will only sell 2 cases of each!
- 3 Costco sized cases of cup o'noodles 1 shrimp, 2 chicken
- 100 small plastic spoons
- 50 small plastic forks (if sell chili, double this)
- 200 napkins (one pack--although leftovers will be good for jazz & dessert night and spring concert)
- 1 napkin holder
- 1 utensil holder for plastic forks & spoons
- a few plastic knives
- 5 large serving spoons
- 2 sets of tongs (1 muffin, 1 hot dog)
