Job Description (Iphone Developer):
• Proficient in
Objective-C
• Knowledge of compiler
settings
• Must have basic Core Data
knowledge
• Must have a good working knowledge
of UIKit
• Must have a basic understanding of
Grand Central Dispatch and when to use it
• Must know how to use Instruments
(Leaks, Object Allocations, etc)
• Must know good memory management
techniques
• Must Know all types of application
templates like View based, Navigation based, Window based, Split view based,
etc
• Must know Table view, Navigation
controller, Tab bars, Pickers, etc
• Must Know Web services integration
& xml, json parsing
• Must Know Sqlite database & its
implementation with application
• Must know Push Notifications &
Local Notification functionality
• Must know application localization
concept & implementation
• Must know implementation of API
like Facebook, twitter etc
• Must know implementation of InApp

Job Description Iphone (TL):
· Must have build advanced applications on the iOS platform.
· Should have expertise in working with cross-functional team members to define, design, and finish applications within tight timeframes.
· Ensuring timely deliverables of all modules for each project based on the project plan.
· Should take care of the client communication based on the urgency for executing the project in timely basis.
· Should Ensure best practices are followed in projects.
· Provide assistance to the team wherever they have doubts within the project.
· Ensuring QA is done by the tester properly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Should have Min. 4+yr Experience in iphone development.
· Should have worked at a team handling profile previously.
· Else should have mentored a team of 3-4 developers under him/her.
· Should have good experience in Iphone API's, Push Notifications, Web services and Social APIs
· Should have good problem solving and debugging skills.
· Should be strong in fundamentals in object-oriented design and data structures.
· Should have knowledge of SDLC processes and agile development.
· Should be comfortable working for long hours.
· Should be comfortable training freshers.
· Must have Good written and oral communication skills.
