Los Gatos Center Announcements – November 2, 2012

    

This weekend is the end of Daylight Saving Time. Please turn your clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday night.

 

The Special Events Calendar for November and December has been posted on the Los Gatos Center website (www.losgatoscenter.com).

 

DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT AT THE BUSINESS COMPLEX ACROSS PLEASANT STREET OR YOU MAY RISK HAVING YOUR CAR TOWED. We have had complaints from some of the business owners whose customers don’t have room to park, so we need to work on being good neighbors. Parking is available at the high school parking lot off of Pleasant Street.

 

Long Sunday meditations will be taking place in November on the 11th, 18th, and 25th. Because of Christmas Play rehearsals starting November 18th, the long meditations will begin one hour later at 3:00 p.m. and conclude at 9:00 p.m.

 

The next sandwich-making seva will take place on Sunday, November 11th after the morning services.

 

Kriyaban devotees are needed to serve as Sunday School teachers. Please sign the sheet on the bulletin board downstairs.

Training will be provided on an ongoing basis.

 

The book room, located downstairs at the Center, is open on Sundays from 12 noon to 12:30 p.m. following the morning services.
