Here is a message from the Self-Realization Fellowship Public Affairs Department at the Mother Center for all interested devotees:

Dear Members and Friends,

We are pleased to share with you the news that CounterPoint Films – the filmmakers who have been working diligently over the past few years on the documentary feature of the life of our beloved Gurudeva, Paramahansa Yogananda – are in the final stages of completing their film, which is now slated for release sometime next year. In preparation for the launch, they are beginning a marketing and outreach phase to raise awareness of the film, and are looking for volunteers with experience in grass roots organizing and social media to help spread the word. The filmmakers will be meeting with potential volunteers at the Bonaventure Hotel during Convocation week.

We are grateful for your prayers for the successful progress of this highly anticipated film, which will undoubtedly open the hearts and minds of countless new seekers to our Guru’s life and teachings.
