Greetings.

Attached please find the maintenance charges statement for Jan 2017 to be

paid in Feb 2017. Please pay on or before 15 FEB2017.

Those paying by NEFT, PLEASE INFORM THE ASSOCIATION BY e MAIL THE DETAILS.

The new revised charges have come into effect.

It is a pity that few of you are not paying on time and please remember

we are all educated, decent and expect others to be prompt and sincere.

Let us be examples too.

The car parking drainage covering grills have been redone.

Rain water harvesting for the B block bore-well is being done.

The level of water in the bore-wells have gone down. Please use

water sparingly so that we will not go for buying water (though indications

are there) Let us also pray for early rains.

I have paid in the maintenance amount for AF5 by NEFT yesterday and the UTR Number is IOBAN17039559953.
